Can caregiver encouragement and support in physical therapy prevent falls and improve health? We think so. Join us!

The challenge:
Most falls can be prevented with Otago exercises! Studies show, we do more when encouraged. Caregivers often are out of Sync with needs. The University of Michigan – Flint pilot is centered on testing if a family center car app, that helps families coordinate care and communication can lead to longer independent living and better outcomes. The app will specifically convey a series of physical therapy routines that help senior be reminded and see excerses they can do, as well as share with family caregivers. So they can see the routines and help encourage participation when calling or visiting. We believe this is a wonderful opportunity to help make visits fun for caregivers of all ages!

The solution: Otago Video Training with Family Support
Quality exercises and reminders delivered to mobile devices of participants and families so they can work together, from anywhere!
