Explore the tools

Some tools help people stay connected. Others help a team organize services, create resources, or understand participation. Here is what each part does and how you might use them together.

Care App & Care Wall

The Care App brings together everyday coordination for participants, families and caregivers: invitations, shared updates, conversations, calendars and resources. The Care Wall offers a focused experience of prepared resources and activities.

A community feed, a public resource wall and a private care experience serve different purposes. The detailed page explains these parts and how access depends on the program and permissions.

Coaching & Mingle

Human facilitators prepare and lead sessions. Mingle gives participants a room for live audio, video, conversation, shared media and supported games.

Explore the facilitator console and participant experience separately, including preparation, joining and taking part. Human coaching is distinct from genusAI assistance; session options depend on the configured experience.

Content & Pathways

Authors build reusable genus Tiles from articles, media, questions, documents and links. Pathways put selected resources in an order, with timing that fits a program.

The components include authoring and review, genus Player for playback, genusMedia for scene-based creation, and configured publishing and outreach. People check the content and decide how it should be used.

Partner Portal & Insights

The Partner Portal is the staff workspace for care management, content, teams and reporting. Community Sense brings Day Center work into view, from intake and reservations to attendance, reviewed family reports and closeout.

Explore what each workspace contributes and how staff use the resulting records. Dashboards show recorded activity and feedback, not proof of a health outcome; availability depends on enabled modules and permissions.

Connected Devices & Integrations

Device tools organize information about devices, their location and the person or community they relate to. Bringing in real sensor information or connecting another system requires a supported, configured integration.

Some device demonstrations use simulated readings. The detailed page separates that experience from a live connection and explains the compatibility, permissions and operating responsibilities that need to be confirmed.

Choose the combination that fits

Not every capability is included in every deployment. We can identify a starting set with you, confirm what is available, and separate straightforward configuration from work that needs further development or integration.
